Goji berries have been used in China for many, many years because it is a super fruit. Goji berries make a great tea and they’re also a snack for when you finish your tea.
Boil 8 oz of water for 2 minutes before pouring over 1 teaspoon of herbal tea in your infuser or 1 tea bag. Dunk infuser or bag a few times before steeping for 5-6 minutes. For cold brew, double herbs and steep time.
